Parents or The Children itself Who Should be Blamed?

Well, I was so surprise when I went to the Warnet near my home in Tuban, I saw there are lots of children there, thought that they just wanna play*not as a custemer I mean*. But then they entered Internet Room, I asked one of them,
"what will you do here?"
they were a little bit shocked,
"we? browsing of course!"
"What??? you can browsing? I mean aren't you too young for the thing like this?"
"Come on... don't be so cynical! I bet we're better than you!!!" (though they just keep silent, I knew they shouted it in their mind :D)

Well guys, to you your self, is it a quite appropriate for a very young children browsing the internet uncontrolly?
Yeah, we can't deny that Internet gives lots of benefit, provide some important information, and help in social networking. But, somehow the very young children like them are quite dangerous for using the internet uncontrolly. I tell you what, they were there to download the good looking artist's picture, gosh!!!
Some of them decided to play online games.
So, just imagine how many percent they use their time to study? I guess less than 15%. It wasn't as terrible as its impact, I suppose so!
Well, is it the children's fault or the parent's fault exactly? I don't know, but somehow the parents should taking role to this cases. Maybe parents have to know where their children spent their time, they shouldn't give much pocket money to their child, yeah just to avoid the bad thing like this.
The last, for those who has younger brothers and sisters, take care of them! save them from the worst side of Internet!

At least the internet user should be like this girl, not too young I mean^^
